Dashing Through the Snow

We traveled to Ohio to visit with family and celebrate Thanksgiving (and Christmas) this past week. We had a layover in Dallas on our way up and the second flight was quite bumpy. A little too bumpy for Ethan who got sick just as the flight ended.

There was a good bit of snow on Tuesday and Wednesday at the grandparents' house. The picture above pretty much sums up the enthusiasm level.

We were also able to visit with the great grandparents on the same trip and see lots of family. As the week wore on, Ethan became more and more fond of singing songs for anyone who would listen.

Our flight back on late Friday went much smoother and we even got home a little early. It wouldn't be a family gathering if we didn't come home with colds, so the kids are currently trying to recover. Pictures from the trip are in the photo album.
